| Monday 18th September 2006 - france |
| Up and packed our suitcases ready to head off for a customary roast dinner at Bienvenue. Roast pork today and how lovely it was and good to meet our old mates who used to work in Waynes. We said our goodbyes and heading back in the taxi knowing that we were about to miss Chelsea v Liverpool and Man Utd v Arsenal, gutted! Queing for an hour at the airport didnt help matters and being re-checked again later was crazy, we dont look dodgy....?! Smoo had his regular snack pack while Scott and Ollie went adventurous and had something different! Back into the van and headed home to share the weeks experience! Back again in November France, so dont worry!!!!!!!! |

| Sunday 17th September 2006 - france |
| Up early to watch Soccer AM today and a day of sky sports in the pub. We went to the beach for a bit inbetween but not for long. Smoo was all set in his Villa shirt for Aston Villa v Watford only for it to turn out a goalless draw and both teams looking like they are lucky to be in the premiership, it was shocking!! We had an afternoon nap and then finished watching series 2 of 24, get it its great, cant believe she dies at the end!!!!!! Only kidding!! With our weekly mission complete we were buzzing and ready to play. The first set was a bit tame apart from a small swedish crowd who were excellent!! The second set was rocking with guest appearences from Johnny Lucas and Adam. We then had a great party after with all the staff and friends on the stage and continued our international relations! Smoo in true style on the last night was hammered but managed to keep most of his clothes on!! We then went to Johnny Lucas house for a beer and were involved in competitions to see who could upset his neighbours the most, quite a weird night!! Lift alarms are great!!!!! Time for a pizza and reflection on the week!!! Think we watched Die hard 3??????? |

| Saturday 16th September 2006 - france |
| Morning! After feeling very unwell, all normal action was resumed and preperations for the evening were lifted by finding out there was an English stag party coming in the night (although theye were in there all day)!! There were 25 of them and they had a stripper aswell. This was the maddest night we have had in the 6 years we have been playing at Waynes. The poor stripper had a very hands on experience, Ollie had his drums sticks stolen and had a fully naked stag rubbing on his drum kit and then playing them!! After a discreet word to the bouncer we manged to get a pair of sticks back. We played for about an hour before conditions were so bad we handed over to the DJ. Atleast 3 blokes fell on the stage with drinks and the stage soon turned into a river with everyone slipping up including more blokes with drinks!! There was glass everywhere and bottles being smashed against the ceiling! They were all a great laugh though and the highlight had to be the stag doing the caterpillar on the tables and kicking drinks everywhere!! Unfornuately one guy puked on some bar staff and had to be removed!! Have a good wedding Kelvin if you read this!!!
We stayed behind in Waynes for a drink and witnessed a ding dong between drunken staff so thought we would leave, more 24 just 4 hours left to go!! night!! |

| Friday 15th September 2006 - france |
| Ladies night tonight!!! After a fairly quiet night for us last night, we were raring to go for today, so we got ourselves ready early and started drinking in the pub. We watched the acoustic act on before us and took to the satge. Girls on stage, drinks a flowing, it was great!! Pics to be added soon!! We then took ourselves off to our favourite night club ' The Subway ' and carried on the party, continuing our international relations!! Scott had to down a six shot of vodka mix through a straw and resulted in the evening getting messy and interesting!! We may have to avoid the venue for a while!!! Smoo and Ollie ripped it up on the dancefloor while the Waynes DJ had a guest spot there. This was by far the best night and everyone was worse for wear!! After International relations were complete it was time to eat and prepare for hangovers!!!! |

| Thursday 14th September 2006 - FRANCE |
| The BBQ was a good laugh in the end with lots of drinking and eating, however when got asked to take some food to the party the effort was a bit lame as we took random bits of bread, pasta, cheese and some salad what a choice of bbq food. After eating we had a fifa tournament which was a good laugh borris Smoo was france,Klause Scott was Germany and Serge Ollie was Denmark what a team!! We were all knocked out first round as none of us new the controls and werent used to the massive controllers. After that we came back into Waynes and watched Man U V Celtic it was a good game where Man U won 3-2. Then we played with some interesting harmonica playing, drumming, guitaring and bass playing. After that chilled out listening to the new David Hasslehoff single and trying to find some talent in the building! Then went back to the flat and watched 24 but smoo again fell asleep watching the 20th century fox advertising! |

| Wednesday 13th September 2006 - France |
| We got to the airport had a pint and borded, flying out on september the 11th wasnt scary at all! We had the usual messy greeting and had a good old tidy up of the flat and stage. We then drank all day as it is custom on the first day! Gig went well surprisingly. We went over our bar tab again so we went back and started our quest of watch all the series of 24, we are currently on 2nd series at 6pm! Woke up and watched more 24! Scott has turned vegetarian for the week. We now have a small fanbase in Germany. Gig went really well and we went to Blue Whales and then fell asleep to 24.
Woke up and watched 24 that we missed last night, burgers and veggie burger and on the internet for the diary! We are off to a bbq at the bar managers today and a fifa tournament on the xbox!!! Will let you know who wins!! Off for some more 24 and strawberry milkshakes now, speak soon!! SBA |

| Thursday 1st June 2006 - France |
| What a great week! Plenty of sun, drink and music! The week started off with the usual, sorting the stage out so that we can actually fit on there!! We then sprayed the flat thoroughly to scare of the insects and went to the bar!! The gig was really good(as the rest of the gigs turned out to be) and was very busy. We went to Blue Whales with the manager for a late drink and then bought some pringles and watched predator on dvd!! We woke up and watched predator again and then went for our usual burger and chips for breakfast!!! nice??!! The day was then spent on the beach, resulting in Scott and Dan feeling a little weird later that day!!! We watched the football, did the gig, drank some shots and helped the staff tidy up. Ollie, like a gentleman, walked a canadian (not American) girl home (video to soon be added!!! We then went back and watched predator again but in Spanish!! We woke for what turned out to be a very special wednesday!!! Ollie being the new guy in the band insisted that he could drink us under the table, so we gladly took him up on the challenge. We were all a little half cut during the gig and again we managed to attract some drunken irish girls to get up and sing on stage!! We finished and handed over to the bar manager for his legendary disco!! We drank alot more with Ollie until eventually Dan had to take him home as he was looking a bit pale! We then went back to watch predator but thought we would give it a miss after we saw how bad Ollie was, he must have been watching a comedy dvd as it looked like he had been pi*!ing himself!! Pics to be added soon!!! Thursday, and to our amazemant Ollie seemed fine, so we spent the day on the beach again, then got ready for ladies night! We met some friendly American girls and Ollie met an aggressive then friendly, aggressive then friendly New Zealand girl. We were glad the bunk beds were put together so well!!! Hope she doesnt mind yellow outlines!!!! Friday was a thundery day strangely so we just stayed in the pub and drank and played french monopoly with the Waynes staff, everyone was ill and drinking whiskey, which seemed to cure everyone!!! We did the gig and went to blue whales again, then went back and watched predator in french!!! Saturday was spent at the bar manager's flat where we had been invited for a bbq and watch England v Jamaica. Was a really good afternoon and the day was ended with a great gig with an old mate of ours getting up to do some rap!! Sunday we had a day off, so we drank all day and night, squeezing in a nice roast dinner inbetween!! Really good food, vist BIENVENUE if your ever in Nice or Waynes obviously!!! We then played killer pool where Scott cleaned up in both games!! It was karaoke night in Waynes but with a live band, after a few shots we all got up and sang with the bar manager and got told to get off as it was that bad!!! Was a really good last night and we finished it off in style by watching Predator in English!! Monday morning taxi arrived and before we knew it we were back in England, time to catch up on sleep and try and erase Predator from the mind....... |

| Saturday 13th May 2006 - Bath gig/FA cup final day!! |
| Dear Diary! We headed up to Bath nice and early so we could watch the FA cup final. What a day, especially for Scott as he supports Liverpool. That must have been one of the best FAcup finals ever, even Ollie enjoyed it and he isnt really into football that much! With a good days drinking behind us and Steven Gerrard making the evening even better for all Liverpool fans in the pub, we thought we had better set up and get ready to go on. The night was really good and we got loads of good feedback for our first gig in Bath. Really good pub worth checking out for live music. We stayed behind for a few drinks with Bulldog, then headed back home for tomorrow's inter pub football tournament but only to find out it had been cancelled as someone had knocked down the goal posts with a tractor!!! It all goes on in Devon, but only we know how they make it so creamy!!!! |

| Friday 12th May 2006 - Exeter gig |
| We had Beerd supporting us again today and they kicked the night off a storm resulting in them getting booked to play there themselves, nice one Beerdies!! We then took to the stage (and what a great stage it was too, probably the best so far) and completed the first set and took a short break. The drinks had been flowing and during the second set there were alot more people getting into it and dancing around. Trying to finish the set was its usual nightmare self with people shouting more for about the next 40 mins after each song, we loved it though!! The van journey home was very funny and video footage will be on here shortly! oooohhhh yyyyeeeeeeaaaahhhhhhh!!!!! |

| Monday 8th May 2006 - Ollies send off!! |
| Dear diary! We were up nice and early today after a long and very wet night!! It was hammering down!! We packed up the gear while listening back to the recording of the gig that Ollie had done on his laptop. Clips of the gig should be in the multimedia section soon! Scott thought it would be wrong to send Ollie back to Liphook without going down the local pub first to say bye to everyone. So they both ventured to the pub early afternoon. Unfornately time seemed to fly by and before we knew it it was time for Ollie to catch the train. Running like the speed of a slug they made it with 2 minutes to spare!! Video footage of Ollie getting on the train will be added soon!!!! |

| Sunday 7th May 2006 - Homecoming gig!! |
| Well, we finally get to play back in our home town after 3 months of touring and recruiting new members. First up we had the young support band beerd who were very good and rocked out a very good set. They had previously been putting each other in a suitcase and dragging them through the high street? Must be some kind of ritual!!! Then came the big return and everything was as good as normal (not bad for three weeks rehearsal!) The new guys definitely have added to the band and have brought there own styles to the band and have adapted well. It was then time to leave the packing up til the morning and knock back a few drinks before heading off into the night in search of a party!!! |

| Saturday 29th April 2006 - Truro gig |
| With a newly repaired van we headed off to Cornwall!!! We set up and ventured into town for something to eat. All was fairly normal until we realised that everyone was wearing fish nets and short leather skirts and plenty of bondage gear!! We thought we were in for a special night in Truro!! We later found out that the Rocky Horror Picture Show was in town, thats why!! We kept our fish nets on anyway and did the gig!!! |

| Sunday 5th February 2006 - Wayne's Bar(Nice) |
| Dear diary, WE ALL GOT UP ON TIME AND FELT GOOD!!! That is a first for us. Usually we're dragging our sorry arses up to the bus station feeling like shite!! We must be getting wiser with age!! The trip home was really good. Although it was a bit of a shock landing in cold Bristol having had such warm weather in Nice. We had a really good time!! Life is like a fried breakfast. You never know what you're gonna get!!!!!!! Curried chicken wing............. TUHH!! |

| Saturday 4th February 2006 - Wayne's Bar(Nice) |
Dear diary, Smoo, Dan and Chappers felt really good this morning. Scott didn't for some reason!! We all managed to stomach breakfast though. Another full English without the curried chicken wing thank god. What a silly thing to have for breaky!! Scott went back to bed this afternoon as he was feeling a bit rough. Smoo kindly set up myspace page for Justin and Dan and Chappers sat in the bar drinking beer and watching rugby "c'mon England"!!! We all treated ourselves to fish and chips in Ma Nolan's for dinner and what a treat it was too!! We had just finished our meal when an Indian guy who looked a little bit like Michael Jackson walked in. We all wandered if he was a fan!! The next thing we know the barman puts a Michael Jackson track on the juke box and the Indian guy starts to perform a load of moves in the middle of the pub(see video section). It was unbelievable!!!! Chappers had is photo taken with him(see photos) and he gave Dan a business card. HE WAS A BLOODY JACKO IMPERSONATOR!! That, by far, was the funniest thing we'd seen this week!! We headed back to Wayne's only to find that it was dead. There was hardly anyone in there just a few sober French people. NICE!! Anyway. we played the gig. It started to get a bit busier during the second set and we managed to rock it up for our last gig of the week!! We stayed for a couple more beers after the gig and then went back to the flat for an early night. YES an early night!!! It was still gone 2 o'clock before we got to bed. Gotta be up at 8am. Night! |

| Friday 3rd February 2006 - Wayne's Bar(Nice) |
Dear diary, woke up this morning and went to Wayne's for breakfast. We had a full English with a twist!! Out came breakfast. Eggs, bacon, sausage, mushrooms, tomatoes and a curried chicken wing. Spot the odd one out!!! None of us could cope with the chicken wing so we left them!! Afterwards Scott and Smoo went back to the flat for a rest and Dan And Chappers went for a walk around Nice harbour (see pictures). After dinner we went back to the flat, freshened up and went back to Wayne's to start on the fresh bar tab! The gig went really well tonight. There was a Kontiki party of 75 people in the pit and they were all really merry by the time we went on stage. They needed no invitation to get up on the tables!! Jonny the barman came up on stage during the second set and sang 20th century boy it was fun!! After the gig we finished our bar tab and had a laugh with Justin and his disco. When Wayne's shut Smoo, Dan and Chappers got a pannini and went back to the flat. Scott stayed behind and had three more shots with the staff and went to Blue whales for a drink with manager Matt and Jonny!! |

| Thursday 2nd February 2006 - Wayne's Bar(Nice) |
Dear diary, We woke up........again and went to Ma Nolan's for breakfast as Wayne's wasn't open. Too many staff drinking too much beer we think!! It was another glorious day so we went to the beach again and played cards. It started getting a bit chilli at about 5pm so we headed back to Wayne's and carried on playing cards and then we had dinner. We couldn't be bothered to go back to the band flat so we started drinking instead!! Before we knew it it was time to go on and play!! It was much busier tonight as it was ladies night. The gig went really well and the crowd got in to it. Justin finished off with his disco again. WE HIT THE LIMIT ON OUR BAR TAB!!!!! 150 euros in one sitting. We love being British/English!! We went to Blue Whales again and watched a band. Scott and Smoo searched most of Nice for a baguette and couldn't find one so they had to settle for chips and a kebab. We watched Al Murray again when we got back to the flat as we couldn't remember much of it from the night before!!! |

| Wednesday 1st February 2006 - Wayne's Bar(Nice) |
Dear diary, We woke up this morning and it was a lovely day again. We`ve heard that its still really cold in England.............Shame!!! As it was such a beautiful day we took it upon ourselves to go and crash out on the beach for the afternoon. Its such a hard life gigging in Nice!! To make things even worse we were told that we had a night off tonight as they`ve organised a Pornstar night. So, not only do we not have to play but we've been added to the guest list and we've got a 150 euro bar tab to get through too!! Its a HARD life!! We went to Ma Nolan's(Irish bar) for tea this evening. It was good to see some of the old Wayne's staff again and it was even better eating food that doesn't give you the s**ts!!! It was then time to head back to Wayne's and check out the party. We didn't really know which way to look!! The night was geared more towards the ladies really and at about 10 o clock all the females in the pub had to attend a demonstration in the pit(gig room) by a Swedish sexologist. The room was cordened off and no males were aloud in. It was so funny up in the top bar whilst this was going on. A pub full of spare blokes wandering what to do with themselves!! It was all a good laugh though!! Justin finished the evening with one of his 'special' discos!! We went to Blue Whales for a quick pint after Wayne's and then went back to the flat and watched an Al Murray dvd. |
